Connect MySQL to Azure (Cloud) Database

Don't know if you can help.

After lengthy discussion with Microsoft / Azure it has been suggested I change from SQL 2014 Server to MySQL for uploading to Azure.

Is there way to alter and upload to Cloud (Azure Databases).
