What is the difference between deploying and hosting a web site

I just followed the steps given in that link

I have installed after building the setup.. Now what do i do? where do i find what i installed?

You can check

1. In Add Remove programs

2. In the folder that you choose during install

I get 3 options when i try to install the set up:

1.Site

2.Virtul Directory

3.Application Pool

You should choose site. Have you gone through any tutorials on IIS?

Make sure you have IIS server installed on the machine
